What Is Cross eSIM Cancellation Protection?
Cross eSIM cancellation protection is an optional service you can add when purchasing an eSIM.
If you become unable to travel due to unavoidable circumstances such as a sudden schedule change or a flight cancellation, we will fully refund the eSIM plan price.
Because this is a digital product, cancellations and refunds are normally not possible, but if you have enrolled in cancellation protection, you will be covered, just in case.

- Cancellation protection is an optional service that can only be selected when purchasing an eSIM. It cannot be added, changed, or canceled after the purchase procedure is complete, so please be sure to select it at the time of application.
- The cancellation protection fee is 15% of the eSIM plan price. If the price changes after application due to changes in plan content, etc., the protection fee is recalculated based on the changed plan price.
- The cancellation protection fee is not eligible for coupons or various discounts.
