I cannot scan the QR code. What is the cause?

[Method 1: For iPhone] If you are using iOS 17.4 or later, you can download the eSIM by following the steps below without needing to scan a QR code with your camera: Open the eSIM setup email sent by our store. Long-press the QR code image. An "Add eSIM" option will appear in the menu that pops up; tap it. Tap "Activate eSIM" (or "Activate") to proceed with the setup.

[Method 2: For iPhone] Manually entering the SM-DP+ address and activation code Tap "Settings" > "Cellular" > "Add eSIM" Tap "Enter Details Manually" located below "Scan QR Code" Copy and paste the following two items from the email containing your eSIM QR code: SM-DP+ Address Activation Code Tap "Next" > "Add Cellular Plan" to complete the process

[Method 3: Android] Manually entering the SMDP address and activation code

Tap "Settings" > "Network & internet" > "SIMs" > "Add SIM" \ Select "Enter manually," "Add manually," or the option for when you do not have a QR code or are having trouble scanning one \ Enter details manually → \ Copy and paste the eSIM URL below from the email containing your eSIM QR code
