Activation failed.

Cause ①: It has already been downloaded on another device. ➡ Since an eSIM can only be used on the device where it was first downloaded, attempting to load it onto a different device will result in an "Unable to Activate eSIM" error message on your current device.

The eSIM may actually have been added despite the error message. ➡ Due to factors such as network conditions, an "Unable to Activate eSIM" message may appear even though the eSIM has actually been successfully added to the device. Please check the [Settings > Cellular] screen to see if an eSIM (labeled as Personal, Work, Travel, Secondary, etc.) has been added.

・How to check if the eSIM has been downloaded Tap "Settings" \ ↓\ Tap "Mobile Data" \ ↓\ If an eSIM labeled with a name other than "Primary" (such as Personal, Work, Travel, or Secondary) appears in the SIM section, it has been successfully downloaded.

Cause ②: The eSIM was deleted after being downloaded \ ➡ For security reasons, once an eSIM has been deleted from the device, it cannot be reinstalled using the same QR code. In this case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but you will need to purchase a new one.
