Can it be used with any smartphone?

This service is available only on SIM-free or SIM-unlocked devices that also support eSIM.

Compatible devices include the latest iPhone, Google Pixel, and select Android smartphones (such as Samsung models). \ Please refer to the information below to check if your device is SIM-free and eSIM-compatible.

■ Please confirm that your device meets both criteria ① and ② below:

① It is a SIM-free or SIM-unlocked device

② It is an eSIM-compatible model

■ How to check

① Checking if the device is SIM-free or SIM-unlocked

For iOS**

Settings app > General > About \ If the "SIM Lock" item shows "No SIM restrictions," it is compatible.

For Android

Settings app > About phone > SIM card status \ If the "Status" item shows "Allowed" or "Unlocked," it is compatible.

② Check if your device supports eSIM

On iOS and Android smartphones, open the built-in phone app and enter "*#06#" on the keypad to display device information. Please check if "EID" is included in the displayed information.

If the "EID (32 digits)" is displayed, your device supports eSIM.

※If the EID is not displayed, your device may not support eSIM.

■ If you cannot check via the Phone app

For iOS

Go to **Settings** > **General** > **About** and check the displayed **EID**.

For Android

Go to **Settings** > **About Phone** (or **Device Information**) and check the displayed **EID**.

※The location of the EID and the method for checking it may vary depending on the device model and OS version.*

■Important Notes

・This service is available on devices running iOS 14.4 or later.

・Please note that this service is currently not available on iPads.

・Devices purchased in mainland China do not support eSIM.

・Some overseas device models may not support eSIM functionality.

・Service availability may be limited depending on the network environment or your location.
